The modern timber-framed houses are absolutely flexible in their planning options and are all individually constructed.

The family business had already existed for many years and the new generation took over the management. Now it was time for a young, dynamic influence. At the same time, the brand was to stand out confidently from the competition. The advantages such as flexibility, individuality and innovation were to be clearly communicated.
Realization
The new logo with its zebra pattern clearly sets itself apart from the competition and symbolizes flexibility, individuality and closeness to nature in equal measure. It also quickly makes a lasting impression on the target group. As a side-fact, its two colors represent the possibility of having the interior and exterior of the house painted in different colors, which is not possible with the competition.
In addition, we have a new modern website with expressive architectural photos, an emotional image film, like all brochures and the complete corporate design to the new look adapted.
The “365 days of vacation” guerrilla marketing campaign is particularly effective: a VW bus covered in full-surface adhesive is placed exactly where people spend their vacations. Meaning: Home is the best vacation when you own a FLOCK house.
